Here's a recent conversation overheard between the two.
Ian gwam kwaker.
Daddy says no.
Ian eat gwam kwaker.
You'll have to ask Daddy later.
Ian eat. Pweeeeeease.
Daddy doesn't want to give Ian a graham cracker right now.
Pwease Ian gwam kwaker.
Check back with Daddy after lunch.
Disclaimer:
Daddy does not usually banter with Ian when Ian asks for something repeatedly. Ian already thinks that as long as he says the word "please" five million fifty two times after his requests, he should recieve said request, even though Mommy has already answered him the same way five million fifty two times and is about ready to forcefully remove every last one of her hair follicles. But Daddy and Ian were doing some old fashioned male bonding I guess. And as everyone well knows, male bonding must take place, even when faced with adversity, peril, famine, or lack of better judgement. So does eating chocolate, but that's another post. Wait. It was another post. Never mind.
