I posted last Wednesday about our Low Maintenance Jesse Tree. My girls have loved doing it. But I'll be honest here -I'm realllllly hoping next year we can do a 3-D one. In the meantime...I will not covet. I will not covet. I will not covet.
The coffee filter snowflakes were an idea I got from the WFMW blog carnival at Rocks in My Dryer. It's from Summer over at Mom Is Teaching. Normally, I don't do "messy" (it's just how I roll, people), but this wasn't too bad at all. The girls got to use real glitter which of course was the highlight of their day, and it was fun watching them thoroughly enjoy creating their snowflakes (even if squeezing a tube of goopy glue made them a little frustrated - they got a good workout to boot)!
