Playing amid the pitch and pinecones

If you follow my blog with any regularity, you've probably noticed a very bad habit of mine. Well, maybe a lot of bad habits, but one at a time, OK?

This one would be me ending an entry with "Next time...." blah blah blah. Like here. But next time is something completely different.

Very bad of me, I know. I apologize to all the random readers of my blog who never return because they were just browsing anyway and don't know me from Earlita, and to those who do know me and suffer through my entries because, well, you have nothing better to do at the moment.

So here is the post I promised.
